Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy explains how Braivex collects and uses personal data.
It covers the braivex.com website, Braivex sign-in and the Braivex apps listed in section 6.
Each app also has its own privacy notice.
That notice adds to this policy.
If the app's notice and this policy differ, the app's notice applies for that app.

You can also object to any use we base on legitimate interests.
We will then stop, unless we have compelling grounds that override your interests or we need the data for a legal claim.

5. Business customers and the people in their data
Many Braivex apps are used by businesses.
When a business uses an app to handle other people's personal data, that business is the controller of that data.
We act as its processor (in India, its "data processor").
We use that data only to provide the app, on the business's instructions.
Examples:
- the CVs and applicant details a recruiter uploads to HireSieve;
- the reviews and staff mentions a business tracks in Loculens.
The business must have a lawful basis for that data and must tell those people how it uses it.
If your data is in an app because a business put it there, please contact that business first.
If you contact us, we will pass your request to the business and help it reply.
Business customers can ask for our data processing terms by emailing support@braivex.com.
6. Our apps
Each app runs on its own website and has its own privacy notice.
That notice gives more detail and takes priority for that app.
You can find each notice on the app's own website.
- Peakwyn (peakwyn.bid): a public leaderboard of paid advertising placements.
Peakwyn does not use Braivex sign-in.
Its notice is at peakwyn.bid/privacy. - ReelSieve (reelsieve.braivex.com): turns an Airbnb listing into a video reel and delivers it to the customer's own Google Drive.
- HireSieve (hiresieve.braivex.com): uses AI to screen CVs against a job description.
- Reachwyn (reachwyn.braivex.com): a LinkedIn content studio for planning, writing and publishing posts.
- Housieve (housieve.braivex.com): scored property listings, with watch alerts and conversational search.
- BriefSieve, also called VirtualPA (mypa.services): builds marketing briefs from public social media, search trend and advertising data.
- Loculens (loculens.braivex.com): review management for businesses with more than one location.
- VoiceSieve: in development.
For now we only hold the details you give us to join its waitlist.
7. Data from public sources
Some apps collect data that is already public, using Apify or official APIs.
We use it only for the purpose of the app, and we do not sell it.
- Housieve collects property listings from UK property websites, including Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and Gumtree.
A listing can include an agent's or seller's name and contact details. - Loculens collects Google reviews of the customer's own business locations, through Apify and the Google Places and Google Business Profile APIs.
A review includes the reviewer's public name and what they wrote. - BriefSieve collects public posts and trends from Instagram, TikTok and Google Trends through Apify, and company information from Apollo.
- ReelSieve reads the public Airbnb listing page the customer gives it, including the photos and guest reviews on that page.
If you want your data removed from one of these apps, email support@braivex.com with "Public data" in the subject line.
8. Marketing
We send marketing emails only to people who sign up to our newsletter.
We send them through Shopify's email tool.
Every email has an unsubscribe link.
If you unsubscribe, we stop.
9. AI features and automated decisions
Several apps use AI models to write drafts, score items and summarise information.
The models come from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Groq or OpenRouter, depending on the app and your settings.
We send a model only the content the feature needs.
We do not use your content to train AI models.
Some apps let you add your own API key for a provider.
When you do, that provider's terms apply to what you send it.
AI output can be wrong, so please check it before you rely on it.
HireSieve is designed to give a recruiter a score and reasons for each CV, and to leave the decision about each candidate to the recruiter.
Peakwyn automatically checks new listings against a list of blocked keywords and domains.
If your Peakwyn listing is hidden or removed, you can ask for the reason and a review, as Peakwyn's terms explain.
10. Age restrictions
Our website and apps are for adults and businesses.
You must be 18 or over to create an account or buy.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
If we learn that we hold such data, we delete it, except records the law requires us to keep.
12. Shopify
braivex.com runs on Shopify, and Shopify processes store data for us.
Shopify also uses some data as a separate controller under the Shopify Privacy Policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy).
13. Dodo Payments
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for app purchases.
You buy the subscription from Dodo Payments, which resells it to you.
Dodo Payments collects the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax or VAT.
It is a separate controller for the payment data it collects, under its own privacy policy (dodopayments.com/privacy-policy).
It sends us the details listed in section 3, so that we can give you access, handle refunds and keep our records.
Billing pages for the apps are at billing.braivex.com.
14. International transfers
We are based in India, so your data is handled in India.
Our providers may also process it in other countries, including the United States.
Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
Indian law lets the Government restrict transfers to named countries, and we follow any such restriction.
15. How long we keep your data
We keep data only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires.
After that, we delete it or anonymise it so it no longer identifies you.
If data is needed for a legal claim or an investigation, we keep it until that matter has ended.

Braivex account and app accounts

Tokens: Deleted when you disconnect the account
Payment, invoice and refund records
How long: As long as Indian tax and accounting law requires
Security and processing logs

- access: get a copy of your data and information about how we use it;

18. Security
We protect your data with measures that suit the risk, including:
- encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the website and apps;
- payment handling by Dodo Payments, so we never hold card numbers;
- encrypted storage of the API keys and account tokens that customers connect in ReelSieve, Reachwyn, Loculens and BriefSieve;
- access to admin tools limited to the people who need it.
No system is completely secure.
If a breach affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay, and we will tell the regulators the law requires us to tell.
19. India
We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025.
Most of their duties apply from 13 May 2027, and this policy is written to meet them.
Until then, the Information Technology Act 2000 and its 2011 rules on sensitive personal data also apply.
We treat passwords and payment details as sensitive personal data.
Under Indian law, we use your data with your consent, or for a use the Act allows without consent.
One such use is data you give us yourself for a stated purpose, such as your email address when you ask for a reply.
You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, by email or through the unsubscribe link.

The UK GDPR applies to people in the UK.
You have the rights in section 16.
You can contact us directly at support@braivex.com.

21. Cookies
braivex.com
Shopify sets cookies to run the store, keep you signed in, protect forms and count visits.
The braivex.com theme contains no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics tags.
Your browser loads some code libraries from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, so Cloudflare receives your IP address.
The apps
The apps set the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Peakwyn sets one strictly necessary cookie, pw_vid, which counts unique visits and prevents abuse for up to 12 months.
