VoiceSieve In development

AI voice agents for commerce, built from what your best people already said on the phone.
VoiceSieve mines your recorded calls into a knowledge base and a house style, answers inbound calls live against your order system, and calls lapsed customers back.
It says it is an AI in its first sentence, on every call.

Specified end to end in nine architecture decisions and eight research reports; the build starts after sign-off

What it does

Three components, one voice learnt from yours.

Designed for a wholesale commerce business whose phone still rings and whose customers deserve an honest answer when it does.

Mine · your calls become the knowledge base

Historical recordings for the agents you name are transcribed, speaker-separated and redacted for personal data.
They are distilled into structured notes, a searchable knowledge base and a house style guide.
Both agents speak from it.

Inbound · answers from the order system

The top intent on a commerce line is “where is my order?”.
VoiceSieve resolves it live against Shopify: dispatch, carrier, tracking, expected date.
It says nothing the data does not support.
No date in the record means no date is spoken.

Outbound · win-back, one call at a time

It works a list of lapsed customers scored on recency, frequency and value, inside a calling window you set.
Objection handling is mined from the real calls that won customers back.
Offers come only from an approved matrix.

Disclosure, first sentence

The agent says it is an AI assistant before any question is asked and before any caller data is requested.
The recording notice is in the same breath.
Asked “are you a robot?”, it answers plainly and at once.

Hands off when it does not know

If the answer is not in an authoritative source (the order system, the offer matrix, an approved policy) the agent says so.
It offers a callback or a transfer to a person, with the notes attached.
It never guesses.

Open-source-first, no per-minute markup

Built on an open voice runtime and self-hosted telephony.
Licences are checked for the model weights as well as the code.
The aim is platform-class quality without the platform's per-minute fee.

Guardrails

What it will never say.

Persuasive is allowed.
Dishonest is not, and no caller, campaign target or instruction can soften that.

Invent a fact

No product name, price, discount, stock level, lead time, delivery date or policy unless it came from an authoritative source on that turn.

Invent scarcity or urgency

Unless the offer matrix carries that fact with a real date.

Talk about competitors

No claims about their prices, quality or reliability.

Improvise an offer

The agent cannot combine, extend or increase an offer.
It cannot match a figure a caller says they were quoted.

Push past a no

An explicit refusal ends persuasion for that call.
The refusal is recorded.

Admit liability or promise compensation

It may apologise for the experience.
It may not accept fault or promise a refund, credit or replacement.
That is a person's decision.

Questions

Asked before joining the waitlist.

Is VoiceSieve live?

Not yet.
The research and the full specification are complete: the stack, the conversation design, the data model, the compliance obligations and the evaluation plan.
The build starts after sign-off.
Join the waitlist to be onboarded first.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes, in the first sentence, before any question is asked.
The recording notice is in the same opening.
Asked directly, it says so again.

Can it invent an offer to close a sale?

No.
Offers come only from an approved matrix.
It cannot combine, extend or increase one, and it cannot match a figure a caller claims to have been quoted.
A no ends the pitch.

What happens when it does not know?

It says so and offers a callback or a transfer to a person, with its notes attached.
It does not guess and does not give half-answers.

Whose voice is it?

A persona with its own first name.
Where the voice is modelled on a member of your team, the agent will never claim to be that person.
