1. Return & Refund Policy

1.1 Overview

Braivex provides enterprise-grade AI agent solutions, automation platforms, and related digital services.
Because our offerings are intangible digital products and custom-developed software services, our return and refund terms differ from those of physical goods retailers.

1.2 Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • You submit a refund request within 7 (seven) calendar days of the initial purchase date.
  • The service or platform access has not been substantially used, configured, or consumed.
  • A material technical failure attributable solely to Braivex has prevented you from accessing or using the purchased service.
  • The delivered service materially deviates from the written specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • The service has been substantially delivered, deployed, or consumed.
  • Custom AI agent development, integration work, or consulting hours that have already been performed.
  • Subscription fees for periods already elapsed.
  • Dissatisfaction due to a change in your business requirements after delivery.
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms, APIs, or integrations outside Braivex's control.

1.4 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at hemant@braivex.com with the subject line: 'Refund Request – [Your Order ID]'.
  • Include your full name, company name, order reference number, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7–10 business days.

1.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

1.6 Cancellations

For monthly or annual subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
