Airbnb walkthrough video from a listing link: how ReelSieve works
ReelSieve turns an Airbnb listing link into a walkthrough video made from the listing's own photos and real guest reviews, then saves it to your Google Drive.
An Airbnb walkthrough video is a short film that takes a guest through a property room by room, in the order they would walk it. ReelSieve makes one from the link to the Airbnb listing, or from 8 to 40 of your own photos. From a link it reads the listing's photos, puts the rooms in walking order, adds the rating and a real guest review, and saves the finished video to your own Google Drive.
This page explains what goes into each video, who it suits, what it costs, and where the limits are.
What you give it, and what comes back
You paste a listing link in the form airbnb.co.uk/rooms/.... ReelSieve accepts Airbnb links only. Links from Booking.com, Vrbo or property portals will not work, and the app says so before you spend anything. If your property is not on Airbnb, you can skip the link and upload 8 to 40 of your own photos with a title and location.
From a listing link it builds a video with the same parts every time:
- an intro card with the listing name and location
- a rating card taken from the listing
- the rooms, scored and ordered so the camera moves through the home the way a guest would
- short captions on each room
- a guest review card quoting a real review from the listing
- an outro
There are two formats. Cinematic is 16:9 for a website, YouTube or an owner presentation. Tutorial is 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Stories.
Why the link is the faster route
Most Airbnb video makers ask you to download the listing photos and upload them again. We checked two of the better known ones on 25 October 2026: roomtour.ai asks for 5 to 25 photos, and VideoTour.ai asks for up to 60. That is fine for a host with one flat. For a co-host or agency handling a dozen owners it becomes an afternoon of file handling.
Working from the link means the video uses exactly what guests already see on Airbnb, including the rating and the reviews. Nobody has to collect anything. Uploading your own photos is there for properties that are not on Airbnb; those videos have no rating card, but can show one guest quote you provide.
Where the video goes
Finished videos save privately to your Google Drive. ReelSieve asks only for the narrow Drive permission that lets it write the files it creates, and it does not keep a copy after delivery. You decide where the video is shared.
Airbnb does not let hosts upload a video to the listing itself. Our guide on what Airbnb allows in 2026 covers where hosts use these videos instead: direct booking sites, social media, owner pitches and messages to past guests.
Who it is for
Hosts
A host with one or two listings can use the free plan to make a video for Instagram or a direct booking page without filming anything.
Co-hosts and agencies
The outreach tools are built for people who win new owners. ReelSieve can make a video of a listing you do not manage yet, so the first message to that owner shows what you would do for them. It drafts the message, with no links in it, for you to send yourself, and it tracks who you have contacted with a CSV export. Our post on finding co-hosting clients within Airbnb's rules explains why the message stays plain.

Limits worth knowing
ReelSieve is independent and not affiliated with Airbnb. Its link route only works with public Airbnb listings. The video can only be as good as the photos, so a listing with dark or missing room shots will produce a thin video. Our guide to photo order and the cover photo is worth reading before you make one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upload my own photos instead of a link?
Yes. Skip the link and upload 8 to 40 of your own photos with a title and location. A video made from your own photos has no rating card, but can show one guest quote you provide.
Does the video include real guest reviews?
When you start from a listing link, yes. The review card quotes a review that is already on the listing, along with the listing's rating.
Which format should I pick for Instagram?
Tutorial, which is 9:16. Use cinematic 16:9 for websites and owner presentations.
Is there a free trial?
The free plan gives 2 videos with no card required.
