London property alerts that score every listing: how Housieve works
Housieve checks four London property portals each night, scores every listing from 0 to 100 and sends the strong matches to you by email or WhatsApp.
Housieve is a London property search that reads four portals each night, Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and Gumtree, and gives every listing a score from 0 to 100. Listings that match your search and score 70 or above are flagged as hot matches, and you can get them by email or WhatsApp the next morning.
The problem it solves
Each portal has its own alerts, and each sends its own emails. If you watch three or four of them you read the same flat several times and still miss the one that only went on Gumtree. You also get no help deciding which listings deserve a viewing. Our earlier guide on searching Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket at once covers the manual ways to do this.
How it works
1. Choose a mode
Buy, Rent or Invest. Each mode looks at different listings and weighs the score differently.
2. Save a watch profile
Set the area, budget, bedrooms and anything else that matters. Saved searches run every night.
3. Housieve reads and checks the listings
Overnight it collects new and changed listings from the four portals, cleans them and checks them from their photos.
4. Every listing gets a score
The 0 to 100 score combines yield, location, condition and growth. A score of 70 or more marks a hot match.
5. You get the alert
Email or WhatsApp, for a new match, a price change or a property that comes back on the market.
Market Copilot
Market Copilot lets you search live listings in plain English, for example "two-bed flats under £550,000 within ten minutes of a Zone 2 station with a price drop this month". It answers from the listings Housieve holds, so you can open each result and check it.
Watchlist, history and comparables
You can watch individual listings, see their price and change history, and compare them with similar properties. The map view pins your best match and draws the route.
