A daily marketing brief for small shops: how VirtualPA works

VirtualPA gives small shops and studios one morning brief that ties ads, social, email, sales and stock into a plan, with an assistant that knows the numbers.

VirtualPA is a daily marketing brief for small shops and studios. It pulls your ads, social, email, sales and stock into one dashboard each morning, ties them into a plan for the day, and lets you ask questions of your own numbers in plain English. It is priced in pounds and built for owners who do the marketing themselves.

VirtualPA in 45 seconds, with voiceover. Interface rebuilt for the video; names and figures shown are sample data.

What the morning brief covers

The dashboard has ten sections:

  • Ads: spend, return on ad spend and reach across Meta, Google and TikTok.
  • Social: posts and engagement.
  • Email: Klaviyo flows, opens and revenue per send.
  • Sales and Products: what sold, what is slowing and what is low on stock.
  • Amazon: marketplace sales through the Selling Partner API.
  • Competitors: competitors' Shopify product feeds and their ads in the Meta Ad Library.
  • Buzz: a trend radar from news, Reddit and RSS that needs no API key.
  • Inbox: customer messages, with replies staged until you send them.
  • Marketing: the brief itself, tying every channel into one plan.

The AI Guru

The AI Guru is a chat assistant that knows your numbers. You can ask "Which product had the best return on ad spend last week?" or "What should I email this Friday?". It runs on the AI provider you choose. One rule in the product: the language model never calculates money. Figures come from code working on your data.

Your keys, your data

VirtualPA connects more than 16 services using your own credentials. Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo and Amazon connect with one click; others take an API key. Credentials are encrypted when saved and never shown again.

Who it is for

VirtualPA was built for tattoo studios and body jewellery shops and suits any small shop or studio selling online and in person. Larger direct-to-consumer brands with an analyst often use analytics platforms such as Triple Whale or Polar Analytics; VirtualPA is a plain-English brief for owners without that support. Our earlier post on what to read every morning explains the thinking.
