Review management software for multi-location businesses
What a multi-location business needs from review management software, how published prices compare, and how Loculens handles Google reviews by branch.
Review management software for a multi-location business should do three jobs: pull every branch's reviews into one place, show which branch and which issue is driving the rating, and make replying fast without taking the person out of it. Loculens is a Braivex product built for those three jobs on Google reviews.
What a group with several branches needs
Read: every branch in one view
Google Business Profile shows reviews one location at a time. A group with ten sites needs counts, averages and filters per branch side by side, so a weak site does not hide inside a healthy group average. Our guide to analysing Google reviews by branch shows why the group average misleads.
Understand: what the reviews are about
Each review needs a sentiment tag and, ideally, the names of staff it mentions. Loculens matches names against your own staff roster instead of guessing, and lists names it found that are not on the roster so you can check them.
Answer: reply quickly, with a person in charge
Reply drafts save time, but each reply goes out under your business name. Loculens drafts replies in your existing reply style, tracks which reviews are still unanswered, and leaves sending to a person. It does not auto-post.
How Loculens works
- Connect Google Business Profile, or add each branch by its Google Place ID.
- Loculens finds the branches and loads their reviews, newest first.
- Each night it syncs new reviews and replies.
- Head office and branch managers share one workspace, with unlimited team accounts and CSV export on every plan.
Published prices compared
Loculens publishes its prices (US dollars, monthly, excluding tax, checked 25 October 2026):
- Starter: $39 for up to 5 locations, 2,500 reviews synced and 100 reply drafts a month.
- Growth: $99 for up to 25 locations, 15,000 reviews and 750 drafts.
- Scale: $299 for up to 100 locations, 75,000 reviews and 5,000 drafts.
- Enterprise: contact sales for more than 100 locations.
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial and no card.
For comparison, BrightLocal's own pricing page lists plans from $41 a month for a single location, with review replies on its Grow plan. Birdeye and Podium quote on request. Prices change, so check each vendor's page before you decide.
What Loculens does not do
Google is the only review source today. It does not cover Tripadvisor, Trustpilot or Facebook. It also does not post replies for you.
Who it suits
Restaurant groups, clinics, gyms, salons, estate and letting agency branches, and franchise operators. Letting agencies that also hunt stock for clients can see Housieve in our guide to scored London property alerts. Groups hiring across several sites may find our post on CV screening that shows its working useful.
